I' have been going here since it first opened last summer. If I was to write this review last year, I would have nothing but positive things to say. I really thought I found a gem, an expensive gem but a gem! I come here for my waxing and pedicures. The last few months that I have booked here were disappointing. This last experience was proof that I need to find another place. I had booked a pedi for my birthday weekend, I wanted to relax. Let me first say, that I was the only customer and there was about 7 other employees on the floor with no clients. They were loudly talking about what bars they were going to and how they don't like their schedule for the upcoming week. I'm ok with talking but when it comes to the point where the person who does my nails has to ask me to repeat myself because she can't hear me....I have an issue. Another issue I had was being rushed out after my pedi. I have been here many times and I know that the procedure to drying. They let you dry off for 5 mins and then spray you. In the last year and a bit, I have never been rushed out. I have always been told take your time, even on a busy Saturday. This time someone said to me" Well you were sprayed, you can leave now" It was pouring rain and I was planning to leave in the couple of minutes. I was stared at until I left. I could see if the store was busy, It was only me and another client in the store now. When I got home I noticed the paint was smudged. The customer service here hasn't been the same. I expect more if I am paying $50.00 for a pedicure, maybe that is just me.
I stopped getting my eyebrows waxed here a couple of months ago. I can go somewhere else in the beaches and get a perfect wax in a private room for less than $18.00. I think I will be getting a pedi somewhere else now too.
