  • Do not park here. My boyfriend left his car here while we were away on vacation a couple weeks ago. We came back last Friday and to our surprise his car had been keyed all around the sides. We spoke with the manager there to which he showed no sympathy, all he said was that there was nothing they can do but they will put an investigation in(what's the point then?) but from what he knows they won't be liable to compensate for any damages done to the vehicle even while it was in their hands, and that this was an act of vandalism and to contact his insurance company. Not one person disclosed this information to us while we were there previous to our vacation. He also mentioned that they have no control over third parties having access to the cars and that it was possibly a random bystander. (Even though there's gates with barb wire all around, but ok) Great. We paid extra for valet because we thought it would be more safe, but they are left in lots outside, no cameras(apparently this is what they told us) and he said they move the cars to different lots at any time. Oh! And random people can key your car at any time and they will not take any responsibility for the damages. My boyfriend received an email today saying that they can not compensate for the damages done to the vehicle because they did not know the state of the vehicle prior to taking it and that they can compensate him by giving him 8 free days of parking for his next vacation. Are you kidding me? I will never park here again in my life. And I will make sure anyone I know never parks here. Coming home from a long flight not only did we have to deal with the after effects of a negligent and inattentive job, we were tossed to the side and they basically made us feel like it was our fault. Yours cars are not safe in any of these lots. Save your money and take an uber.
