Worst. Experience. Ever. I called the 'local' number (didn't know it was answered by a corporate office in Florida) - they sounded professional, etc. so I scheduled my move. On Sunday, the day of the move Francisco called and tried to show up 3 hours early. We had another obligation so I asked that they come when I had scheduled them for (1-3pm). When I called back after 3pm he told me they would be to my house in an hour. Although frustrating that we had waited since 1:00, I still had faith. By 5:30 they had not arrived, he was no longer answering his phone and the corporate offices were closed. At 10pm (after I was asleep!!!!!) I got a text from Fransisco apologizing that they had scheduled poorly that day and did I want them to do the move the next day. So the next morning when I saw the text, I called back actually hoping to still have them get my stuff moved.... You got it, no answer. Called corporate and got the run around that a claim was created but could take 3 days to resolve. The corporate office was not even able to reach the local franchise! Now it's half way through Monday, that I had to take off work, and I'm scrabbling to find another mover.
