I have had our Jeep Liberty and Chrysler Town & Country serviced here many times. I do recommend them for oil changes, they are pretty quick and the price is great. However, whenever they do any work on either car, I am always told that it needs repairs on various things. The last time was with the Jeep. I brought it in for a recall on the airbags and an oil change. I left the car there (the service was said to take over 3 hours). They called to tell me that I needed new brake pads and new rotors on the back wheels. They said that the rotors were so bad that they could not be turned. They also told me I needed a new power steering line. The total would be over $900. I declined the additional service. After I picked up the Jeep, I proceeded to bring it to a garage that I have used on South Blvd to have the brakes inspected. Yes, the brake pads needed to be replaced, BUT the rotors were fine! Power steering was fine, too. $150 later, I had new brakes and was out the door. Bottom line....I don't trust Keffer.
