We came to the spa on a weekend babymoon getaway. I've done many of the high end spas at the hotels in Toronto like the Ritz, Four Seasons and Shangri La. St James is in the basement of the Ritz and it was a bit small and lacking in facilities. The changeroom was small and the only area outside the change room was a relaxing area. We asked to go to the pool and they let us go in the elevator up to the PH. The pool is shared with hotel guests so there were kids splashing around. When they left it was relaxing and they have a rooftop tanning area. I had the prenatal massage. I've had the prenatal at Ritz Toronto and another massage clinic. This massage was so so compared to what I've had. One part the RMT had me on my back which is uncomfortable pregnant and usually the other places I've been too will give you a slight incline if you go on your back. My husband had the deep tissue and he enjoyed his. For prenatal it wasn't that great. But it was nice to have a spa day. But there may be better places with better facilities.
