  • Don't know what everybody's beef with this place is. A good majority of the people here are nice. The leasing office staff are friendly and will usually try to bend over backwards to help you. The maintenance staff will always say hi if they see you walk by and will repair even the most serious repairs quickly. When the upstairs water heater burst and flooded my apartment the staff in maintenance AND leasing dept. worried about me & kept asking if everything was okay. Of course you have those people who don't pick up after their dogs. My boyfriend's truck got keyed when he was over. And of course you have those residents that just look for trouble but that could be with any apartment and they are not to blame for they do not screen people for their personalities unfortunately.
