  • They came out to clean my air ducts. They were sent by a contractor due to a small fire I had at my home. Well they made more of a mess than the fire!! They scratch the paint on all the registers, left dirt and grime from the registers all over my dressers, tables, TV, and floors. Never cleaned it up. They got stains on my newly cleaned carpet. When the AC kicked on I have more crap come out than before they ever cleaned! I called to complain, their idea of fixing the issue was to come out the next day and clean and paint for me. I was to live with "stuff" left all over for 24 hours!! I called my contractor and let him know and now I'm writing this. I told them not to bother coming out. Dont trust them. They have very poor customer service also.
