  • I usually go to old town but a friend convinced me to go to mill on a Friday night. She took me here first and we got in without a cover around 11. It wasn't bad at all. It appears kitschy at first - very dark, a little run down, but that's what gives it character. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this place. It was a mix between the usual bar and a nightclub, like you took Smahboxx and Bottled Blonde from old town, hooked them up, and they had a baby. The crowd was a little older than expected for mill but everyone seemed chill and laid back despite the dark nightclub feel. We could sit at the bar and not be harassed for taking up space. The dance floor was large enough and there was plenty of room to dance. The DJ wasn't bad at all too. There's a patio in the back and it's very nice, as well as the bathrooms near the front. Overall, it's a nice and cute little establishment if you feel the need for a dance floor on mill. I went with friends, but I think this place would be cute if you have a special someone too.
