  • I have only been in a few times, tonight Saturday night, the entire place reeked of disinfectant. I asked the employee why it stank, and she says "we're soaking the mop in bleach" and you know where they were doing this? right in the front of the store! right in front of the drinks a few feet away from customers, so the entire place absolutely reeked of bleach. This place has the feel of a dying business, dreary, sad and neglected. Twice, I've sat along the long couch and been blocked in by a 500 pound person, the same one each time. If you sit in their spot, they almost sit on top of you. The bathrooms are neglected, dirty and the doors are paint chipped and unclean, the toilet is dirty. You don't want to touch anything, the only thing clean is the soap. They aren't even trying now. And the coffees are not cheap $5.20 for a medium latte...go somewhere else...you deserve better.
