  • They make you have a loyalty card to buy anything and if you don't have one you have to wait for a staffer to come process your self check out order. This, being Ohio, takes approximately 50 times longer than it should, while defeating the entire purpose of self checkout or loyalty cards. Way to go, Buckeyes. If you need help with anything you're better off calling than standing in line. People who aren't there are more important than people who are. The hot bar shuts down at....I don't know, I've never seen it open. The prices are about 30% higher than I've seen at other places, especially snacks.
