  • Dawn has allowed us to go back to South Dakota to visit my wife's parents and only feel slightly guilty about leaving our kids. We know they are well looked after and Dawn's questions when needed about "something new" that comes out during a visit assures us that we not only are getting a service, but a caring person who observes and asks.
