  • The complex has gone to shit. Lots of crime and breaks in and they still don't have security. Securitas has been spotted once since we have lived here. Our water bill includes the pool and hot tubs. They never gave us the wooden blinds that were promised to us so many times. Several downstairs units by me have been broken into. I have called for security twice and they never showed up. I also had someone try to break into my car, and my boyfriend has $500 in damage to his truck from vandalism. The side we live on is beyond dark at night. Trash cans are left overflowing with dog poop so the gazebo and grill area are useless. The dog bag stations are practically always empty despite all pet owning tenants paying $40 a month. My lease is almost over and I WILL NOT be renewing. Even if they dropped by rent I still wouldn't stay. There's no need to pay a house payment for an apt like this.
