  • My daughter booked a room at this hotel and when she arrived she was told they were overbooked! She did not get offered to walk to another hotel or anything. I called this morning and asked for the MOD to see what had happened. All she kept saying was I dont know she needs to take it up with whoever she made reservation with... we are new and just opened in December! I do not care if you opened in December. Independent hotels are the worse! Never again will i support such a low class customer service hotel again. this MOD lady (mariah she said) was not only rude, she hung up on me. What kind of service is this. I am a Quality Assurance Manager by trade and i will ensure that this hotel gets the reviews it deserves. No apology no empathy not a single word i received . She didn't even hear why i was so upset or why i was calling! I even called back after being hung up on to ask who i can talk to or even an email! She said she could not give out that information.
