  • I think the apartments are really really nice and the appliances are good. They are a bit expensive but I think that's due to the location, very new and traffic less. My only pet peeves are the super thin wall (no privacy, I feel like I am having sex with my neighbors) and the fact that WHOEVER designed these units decided to place the HVAC (air conditioning) COMPRESSOR inside the low ceiling... result: YOU HEAR it every time it comes ON and IT'S NOT SILENT at all.. Considering you need AC/heating 8 months out of 12 here... over time it definitely becomes annoying. Other than that I think it has the same pros and cons of all other buildings...
