If there were a less-than-one-star rating, I would be using it. I didn't read the yelp reviews prior to booking last week and called based on their mailer offer. That was my first mistake... I also had a horrible experience with Patrick. He was rude on the reminder call and changed the start time but blamed me saying the noon appt was actually 11-12pm and can they come earlier than that. I compromised and agreed to 11am. They showed up 10:30am - I was not there yet. They called and when I confirmed that I would pay with check or cc the driver told me they only accept cash.
I then called the front office and spoke with Rhonda about the early arrival, rude confirmation call and payment terms. She was gracious and apologetic and confirmed that I could pay with a check. Not 10 min later I arrived and the driver insisted on cash.
I called the office again - this time getting Patrick. He was even more rude, insisted on cash and denied knowing that my move required 3 stops! Really --- 4 hours quoted to go 5 miles --- for 10 pcs of furniture? Something should have triggered questions on their side.
I fired them and asked them to go away. I say - stay as far away from them as possible!!!!
