  • I was at Sol Exotica today (10/06/2011) for the first time because they were offering free tans. I had done 5 minutes in the stand up; the fans did not work and it ended after 3 minutes. The beds are nice but I was not happy with the service (and I let the employee politely know) I went across the street to Bellair Tan Beauty Bar where I had been a few times to finish my tan where I was greeted by a man and a women names Jeremy and Julia. The two were warm, courteous, and upbeat. When I shared with them my less then mediocre experience across the street, the pair had a genuine concern for my poor service. When I went to pay for my session, Jeremy smiled and said, "Dont worry about it this time, enjoy your tan". I have to admit, the sincere concern and the exceptional client experience I received today was enough to buy my loyalty to this brand, and this location. Thanks again to the exceptional staff, in particular Jeremy and Julia for making my night. Great Service, Great Product, Great Staff.
