I work in animal rescue and a dog that did not have a foster home was being boarded here. The staff was not very friendly and the place sounded packed in the back. I was curious how 1 person could even handle so many dogs. The dog that was being boarded unfortunately was sick and was supposed to be on medication. The girl informed me that they were not able to get the dog to take her medicine, so they didn't try again. I bought some pill pockets and the dog ate it in 2 secs flat. Just because the dog is a rescue does not make it any less of a dog :( They also have weird hours as most boarding places do, so I took the dog with me for the day and when I came back I was about 15 minutes early because it was raining really hard all day. The employee pulled up and refused to look at me while literally making me wait the entire 15 minutes before I could come in. It seemed very odd because she knew that I had to keep the dog with me for over 6 hours due to their hours. Luckily, that place bothered me so much, I was able to find a foster home to bust the dog out of Buddy's Bed and Biscuit that day. I wasn't even bringing the dog back, I just wanted her food and bed. I ended up throwing away the bed because it was completely soiled and apparently, they were just letting her sleep in it. I do not recommend. There are much better options out there!
