  • Made an appointment to redo our kitchen for today at 3:30 pm. Left work early and they didn't even bother to show up. When I called after waiting a half an hour someone there realized who I was and said oh I'll be there in 20 minutes. So now they wanted me to wait 1 hour. A courtesy call would have been nice. Glad this happened now. I called only imagine If I went with them, they probably wouldn't even bother to bring the right cabinets on time and thought nothing of it. Terrible.
