  • Terrible experience with the salon!!! Be sure that you ask them about everything they do...I was charged for a temporary glaze treatment without being told the cost and never agreed to...also I had explained I was going home after and styling wasn't a concern of mine. The stylist said well I will just throw a few curls in for you...then as I am walking up to pay I realize she charged me for it! I went back to confront her with the extra services she had tagged on without discussing the costs and explaining it would be extra and she just said well you can talk to a manger. I had asked her if she could just trim the ends and it was $37 and then when I got home the next day and straightened it...it's not even! Very upset that I was there for 3 hours and my hair looks worse and now I need to go somewhere else to pay to have it fixed!
