  • I wish there was a way you can give negative stars for such poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff there is. Let me just say first of all I've been coming here off and on for 3-4 years, it used to be decent with respectful, professional and kind staff but now everything is completely opposite. On my recent visit to this I went through the new donor screening process (typical even for re-entry donors) got about halfway through already been there for 2 hours only to be deferred due to misinformation on their part concerning some piercings that has not changed ever since I started and tried to make it seem as though I was lying about it when in fact it is their fault and their's alone, either they were lying and trying to make an excuse just to defer me for no reason at all or their monumently poor communication skills, they also attempted to do this same bullshit with my husband concerning his tattoos but did not succeed because they were too lazy to argue anymore It looks as though they have also dramatically reduced their staff as well All in all not worth it one bit, please shut this place down
