  • Horrible customer service, do not recommend them and will never use them again. Incorrectly applied heal tap to shoe damaging the heal itself with nail somewhat protruding. Did not even request the heal be repaired but just that tap be taken off and reapplied correctly. When reapplied tap was better positioned but it was bent and damaged. They were unwilling to replace with a new tap which I suspect would be less than a dollar and one minute investment to them. Will never go back!
