  • Unfortunate for the doctors Incompetent office / billing department. These practices looks like fraud against patients and insurance Bills patient copay / bills insurance gets paid from both. Sends patient $38.11 bill , raises bill 350.00 or typeo to $388.11 refused to correct. Sales both up 38.11 and 388.11 to collections. What a scam! When confronted they claim they have no records on file. Unlucky for them I do! Sending my information , bills from dr.office and explaination of benefits paid, patient receipts, to insurance fraud department.
