  • Really cool ambiance but cheaply done. The pool area is really nice if you can get past the overwhelming smell of chlorine. My skin was drying out just sitting near the pool. Went to the lobby bar, and besides a traveling business man my boyfriend and i were the only people there. Nice place, weird music, and limited bar. You cannot beat the location! We walked to breakfast and dinner, but I was unable to stubble back to the hotel from the bar two blocks away. My horseless knight had a taxi drive us the two blocks, then carried be to the room. Such a sweetheart. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in and took the sheets off when leaving to write down the name, to purchase for our home. Love that bed :) Anyway I would recommend Hotel Theodore if you need to be centrally located in Scottsdale and are not expecting too much.
