| - I could easily eat noodles every day for the rest of my life and not get tired of them. That being said, I kind of want to LIVE at Ramen Sora.
My choice for dinner was the miso ramen deluxe (large size, because hey, who am I trying to fool right?). The broth was divine. Such a complexity of flavor, and just enough to keep the soup-to-noodle ratio perfect. The noodles themselves were the consistency that ramen should be; slightly chewy and smooth and slurpable. The deluxe comes with charsiu, which is sweet pork. Sora's is thick-cut, very juicy and not at all dry like it is at some restaurants. Then there were pieces of nori (seaweed), menma (bamboo shoots), negi (green onion), and a boiled egg. The menu offers plain versions of the ramen dishes for those who prefer a more simplistic approach, but I enjoyed everything that was going on in that bowl. An order of gyoza accompanied my ramen, and I was completely full after that.
Our table split the bill, and with our two large deluxe bowls, one super size deluxe bowl, and two orders of gyoza, the price came out to $15 each (including tip). Totally affordable and it sure did hit the spot. Save a table for me next time, Ramen Sora! I'll be back :)
