  • Giving them 5 stars because of one particular employee. I wish I would have caught her name. I was dropping off a package, and there were several people in line in front of me. The two people currently being helped seemed to have complicated service needs. One of the young ladies working there caught my eye and apologized. Since I had her attention, I left my package on the counter, and said I was going to the bakery next door, and would be back for my receipt. I went to the bakery next door and ordered a pastry and coffee and was sitting down to eat them when the same young woman from the UPS store RUSHES in and hands my my receipt and apologizes profusely. I try to thank her even though my mouth is full, and she heads back to deal with the line of customers. Simple gestures like that mean I will think of her next time I need to give a UPS store my business. I may go back and get her name so I can write her boss.
