  • We had to replace our carpets due to a renting disaster. Tom was excellent!! Very professional and the install was quick and awesome! He had great tips on how to get rid of the pet odors from the previous renters. We visited the store and took a sample home. After we chose the color and brand, he ordered the carpet and it was delivered and installed 2 weeks later. It looks fantastic! We actually feel at home again after renting it for over 3 years.
