  • Again, as a Korean food snob, this place is totally legit. Reminds me of Mom's home cooking. It is truly a "Mom and Pop" restaurant where the husband and wife are both working their tails off. Chap Chae is awesome! @Juliana who complained about how they need to hire a server and gave a one star based on this. Maybe you should get an MBA then you would understand words like cost structure, variable expenses, contribution margin, paying into workman's comp, etc.....It is not always a good idea to hire all the time depending on your profit margins. Until then, go out and own a business...Sorry I forgot...Which Fortune 500 company are you a CEO, CMO, COO, or CFO at?
