  • We had been taking our daughter there since she was born and had excellent care until March of this year. My husband and daughter were in a car accident that totaled his vehicle. We took her to Mendy's place immediately and no broken bones, but very deep tissue bruising from where the seatbelt was. She was complaining of headaches, back aches and a stiff neck. My husband took her in to see Dr. Galles several weeks later....that was the soonest we could be seen. He told my husband that it is not possible to have any pain that much time after an accident and became argumentative with my husband (who was also suffering a lot of pain) insisting that this just simply cannot be the case. We ended up with a prescription for nasal spray, since he was more concerned with her allergies than any kind of pain she may be in. We have since moved to a clinic closer to our home that is open evenings until 8 and open on Saturdays. By the way, Dr. Galles.....she was diagnosed with whiplash and a strained shoulder muscle by a doctor who actually listened to her and her parents
