  • From scheduling the appointment to conducting the exam, everyone here was SO NICE and helpful. You can tell they truly love animals. My kitty cat, Gracie, was so afraid that she was trembling -- everyone there was so gentle and gave her lots of love to help ease her fears. The entire place is immaculate and smelled wonderful (her past vet's office always smelled like poop). I took Gracie in for a Sani-Shave, annual exam, and shots. Dr. Yates explained everything as she went along, she offered helpful tips and answered all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Before getting started they brought in a price list of the procedures I requested, so as to avoid any surprises at check out -- I truly appreciated that. It gave me an opportunity to add or remove services based on cost. In addition to accepting credit cards, they also offer Care Credit if you can't afford to pay all at once. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet(s).
