  • Seriously one of the best customer service teams ever. Recently moved to Madison from Dallas TX. I haven't had the warmest welcomes from local businesses in the area until i went to this cvs. It was a cold day and i had my 10 month old son with me. I am also 7 months pregnant so getting around is no easy task . The assistant manager came over and helped me get my son into a cart and put my seat cover on. Then welcomed me and asked if i needed any help. Wow. That simple gesture made me feel so welcomed. Since then i have been back just about every week. The manager John is so welcoming and teaches you so much about the store, it's policies, and coupon rules. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. I am new to using coupons and everywhere else i have gone have given me a hard time or have acted like i am doing something wrong. Not at cvs. They are kind and helpful. Thank you guys for being so great!
