| - This place is a true 3 star rating. It is beautiful, humongous and offers many great sights, but has a hotel on the strip in comparison to all the others, services are lacking. First, parking no longer free and charges $18 for valet parking. This seems to be growing amongst Vegas hotels. We asked to be checked in early but that cost $40 so we opted to go out and enjoy the city. Caesars did however, provided bell service to hold our luggage. My last gripe is the room was BASIC and does not hold up to expectations. Slippers are no longer provided as described by the front desk. Besides shampoo, soap and body lotion, there are no other amenities provided. Ie. cotton balls, q tips, shower caps etc. you get the sense that Caesar's just wants to make every cent they can. The internet is free for only 2 devices, or else it's 14.99 a day. There is a Keurig machine in the room but no coffee, tea or sugar.
These complaints maybe in comparison to other hotels on the strip but Caesars should be a cut above the rest, especially with one of the highest resort fees. I wonder where those fees go to?
