rev:text	do not go there, the are very unethical I bought some appliances more then $2000 fro my mother for xmas. They said every thing works and has warranty. The sale person was very kind Charli, but he is not there any more It was minors issues with oven but it dot fixed and big problem with dish wash , the washer top Aeen is keep breaking , it seem to me the install it wrong the basket for dishes to high , my mothers called , she was on hold for 2 hours , she went back but the manger did not help her, the service is very week. My cell is (954) 608-3818 I attached all picture also my mothers paid another 140$ but it was not fixed by sears , I called agian talke to chris, he told me to call agian in 2 hours to talk to richard, when i call he siad he is going to help me , he kind of told me that he dose not belive us, i ask can i have email so i can send you the email off the problem , he said dont have email?????? and there is no way he can see the picture not even text, face time,, he was just trying to close all the doors,, i said i have the same dish washer and the instaltion of the trys are lower so there is not a proble, he said our tech would have told us????!!!!!! then he said the tech is 3rd party contracor and they are not reilable,, he said we have 30 days to tell them but the dish washer was arrived after 30days since first time had issues there,, very unethical, my mother has boutgh many things form there last 10 years for her rentals but she said she would never go back,, if you want 30% chance that your unite is not working i would go to them, but i dont think is worth going back and forwerd with them for 10-20% less price Dr Robert Etemad IMG_0935.JP
