rev:text	Just had my first dental appt here. So this is just my initial feeling and I will definitely update after I go back for a couple fillings. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, but I really couldn't put it off any more as I knew I was getting some serious cavities in my molars. I called for an appointment and the receptionist was really kind and informative on the phone. I was worried that I might be getting a gum infection and told her i was in some pain. She booked me for an appointment for just 2 days after I called. That was a relief. In the winter I take transit, so it was a big plus that the office is only 1/2 a block from the streetcar stop at Queen and Leslie. Again, the receptionist was really nice, and I didn't wait long to go into see Dr. Fung. I explained my dental situation and my concerns and she had a look. She was really gentle with my gums and didn't poke the crap out of them like I've had some dentists do in the past (I hate that!). What I relief that I didn't have any major decay happening back there. I got an mouth rinse to clear up a cut i had on my gums (not infected, hooray!) and I can reschedule in a few weeks for have some little cavities filled, but nothing urgent to panic about. I really liked that she was calm and focused on what my concerns where and didn't start picking apart every minor thing that is possibly wrong with my teeth. I'm on a budget (who isn't!) so I can just get one or two things done at each visit. Another plus is that they can make a claim directly with your Dental Insurance if you give them your info. I'll actually not terrified to go back. That's a first.
