  • I've been going to Dragonfly for over 2 years and I don't know where I would be without it! My experience at Dragonfly has not only made me stronger physically, but also mentally. The instructors and the variety of class offerings are awesome. They offer yoga, barre and cardio/weight infused yoga/barre classes in both a hot and a cool studio. I can find a class every day of the week to fit my mood and energy level. The instructors take the time to get to know your name, assist you with poses and provide words of encouragement. The facility is aesthetically pleasing and the front desk staff will be greeting you by name after a couple weeks of classes. I had never done yoga before going to Dragonfly and it truly is an environment for all sizes, ages and experience levels. I've always felt welcome and never intimidated. If you are thinking about trying yoga for the first time or are an experienced yogi, I highly recommend Dragonfly. Dragonfly really does offer something for everybody in a friendly and welcoming environment.
