  • I've stopped by The Ten Spot on two separate occasions, with no appointment, to see if they had room for a walk in shellac mani and regular pedi. Both times the place was more than half empty, and I was told that they could not accommodate me. On my most recent drop in, there was literally one other customer there who was getting ready to leave, and I was told they could do only one or the other, if I wanted. I declined because I needed both done to leave on vacation, and it didn't make sense to on have to go to two separate salons to get the two done. I had high hopes for this place because it looks nice and clean, but I will never return because they refuse to accept walk-ins, it seems, no matter how empty their salon is. I'd rather take my chances at one of the salons in Koreatown just down the street, as they are always willing to accommodate walk-ins, no matter how busy they may be, and at a fraction of the price.
