  • Wish I could give 0. Thought I would write a review while I am thinking about it, as I am having my refrigerator fixed and had to look up who not to call THIS "COMPANY"! Ray, the owner and I assume the only employee, is a complete jackass. This guy came out ordered some parts for a noven, never to be heard from again. Called his phone line which is a virtual assistant and only takes messages that he never bothers to return the call, and doesnt answer his cell phone once he has ripped you off. Dont use this company, youll just waste your time. Went down to the address listed because I was so pissed and come to find out it is a PO BOX. My head just about exploded. He actually did respond when I filed a complaint with the BBB, and said I was told multiple times the status of the part and when it would arrive. So I guess you can add dishonest to that list also. If you want a good company try Authorized Appliance Repair Company, this guy came took 5 minutes to look at it said the part would be here in a week, week later showed up took 15 minutes to install it. Good as new, havnt had a problem since. I cannot stress enough! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
