I've tried several yoga studios around the west end of Toronto over the years, and this is by far my favourite. Even though I don't normally love hot yoga (which the majority of classes here are), I'm willing to give it a try here, because the teachers and studio are so great. They also have lots of non-hot classes that are awesome. The studio is very calm and beautiful, and not too cramped, and the instructors really focus on proper alignment, engaging your core, and practicing safely. It's not too 'over the top' with the spirituality side of yoga, which I often find annoying, but rather focuses on breathing and being mindful--exactly what I need.
