They would get a 5 if their service techs would stop damaging my car!!
Scott the Service Advisor is great! He has always taken care of me and tried his best to fix their mistakes. There is a new Service Manager that I feel horrible for because he walked into a mess! Both times I took my car in the techs damaged the shifter and the hood of my car.
AutoNation Nissan has attempted to make it right and I guess I walked away feeling OK but nevertheless, it's still a horrible feeling bringing your brand new car in just to find damage after service.
This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership and for the most part it was an easy process. Obviously, the normal wait time and discussion of price.
We do like this dealership a lot because we went back and bought a second car from them. I just wish that they would really take care of the cars after they are sold and are in the service department.
