  • I wanted so badly to give this place 5 stars. Their merchandise from their website looks fantastic and my family members spoke very highly of it when they went to visit. They put me in touch with the owner because I live out of town and assured me that we could do a Skype interview to get the bangles I needed for my wedding. After 3 weeks of back-and-forth and an e-mail chain 23 letters long where we would set up a time and Banglez would cancel (without ever apologizing!), I eventually gave up. The green bangles we did buy were beautiful, but I was prepared to buy so much more if the customer service had been even slightly better. They were by far one of the most difficult suppliers to work with for our wedding. So if you do purchase from them, I think that you will get much better customer service if you go in person.
