  • Worst customer service on the planet! Every person that works here is trying to go behind the other employees back to steal their sale. I had numerous sales people calling me trying to steal the sale from the original woman I spoke to. And then a male employee had the odacity to warn me if I didn't come in by the end of the week I would lose my insurance money that I was buying a ring with. When I called the insurance company they told me I had another 6 months and also clarified several other lies the employees had been telling me including that I would not get full amount I was entitled to if I didn't find a ring for that exact amt... ex: I find a ring I like for 599 I lose 300 cuz my insurance replacement is for 899. Every member of the store is rude including the manager who has a bad attitude and is also wrong about many things she tells you! It was so much better as a gordons!! I refuse to buy from this store I'm going to order online instead!
