  • Dr. Turner and Dr. Miller are the best! Due to insurance issues, I've seen various gynecologist over the past 10 years. The one prognosis they've all given me is that I need to have a hysterectomy. I put it off for 10 years and finally after suffering from pain for over a year, I buckled up and scheduled my surgery. Needless to say, I was scared. I read every blog and website out there about the pros and cons regarding hysterectomy's. I've had several surgeries over the years and I know the recovery period can be difficult. However, Dr. Turner was the best. She has an excellent bedside manner and made sure all my questions were answered. My surgery was scheduled for 8 am and Dr. Turner and her associates were ready to go at 8 am. I woke up 4 hours later and I didn't have any pain at all... nothing. I chalked it up to the anesthesia and pain medicine, however, I went home several hours later and haven't had any pain since. The pain I had prior to the surgery was gone. Every hospital nurse (women) I spoke with at the hospital prior to my surgery said they would want Dr. Turner to perform their hysterectomy because of her skill and attention to detail. She understands women and truly cares about your well-being.
