| - The customer service at International Soccer Club is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I have never written any review about an organization in my life, but the horrible phone conversation I had with a person in charge has forced me to write something about this soccer club. The person in charge tried to change my son's soccer schedule one week before the first soccer game. It was by the way my 1st communication with them ever since I signed up back in March. They didn't email anything about the upcoming soccer games up until now ( 1 week before the start) and this guy called Derek talked very rudely about this change. I understood the situation and I asked him whether he could email me about the new information. This guy got very angry at me, saying he is not going to email me about anything and I have to wait for the coach' phone call on May 20th.( By the way, my son's 1st soccer game is on May 23rd.)
Shocked by his rudeness, I asked who I was talking to and this guy yelled at me, saying I was threatening him. When I tried to ask for a refund, he said that I couldn't because nobody can get a refund as of April 20th. What an awful refund policy!
All in all, this soccer club is not organized, poorly run, the contact person has no manners and no customer service skills. I want to give a heads-up to future customers about this sports club.
I have signed up for other soccer clubs, but this is the worst!!
I have to endure for the next 3 months since I can't get a refund, but I am never ever coming back.
