  • I strongly recommend NOT using Payne & Sons Roofing. We had nothing but problems. They didn't show up as scheduled, with no phone call as to why. We were constantly chasing them down to get the job done. What was to be a one day job extended to 8 days! They damaged all of our pool furniture, pool umbrella, patio gate, pavers, and left a mess behind when the job was finally done. I had to clean up their mess, which included hundreds of wood chips scattered throughout our yard, dozens of nails, some of which were in our pool! They damaged our ceiling and said they would repair it. After several attempts, I finally had to do it myself. The damage they caused is over $1000.00. If you need roofing work done, avoid Payne & Sons at all costs!!
