  • It is so great when you find a professional as good as Bob. I left him a voicemail with my name and address and when he called me back he had already researched my property and spent about 20 minutes discussing my plans for a new wall. He showed up the next morning at 8am and had already drawn a schematic, surveyed and marked the boundary before he even knocked on the door. He spent a lot of time explaing issues related to a utility easement, setback and street corner sight line requirements in my old neighborhood. Plus, he is a really nice guy. And I thought the price he charged was most reasonable. I am happy to give Sundance Surveying a 5 star rating and recommend them without reservation.
