  • I still have my rental till the end of march and they banned me halfway through my contract. The reason is because I did not settle my bill with the enterprise in Erie ,Pennsylvania. I tried to settle the bill but they gave me a run around . I tried calling the department that's in charge but went to voicemail. They said that there was 2 other accidents involve (stolen and dent on the other 2 cars I rented with them) . It wasn't fair that they did not call or send me any notice as well. I had to rent with hertz after they cancelled my contract halfway when I was in the states. Which cost $440 usd more.
