  • I lived at the Lakewood Cliffs apartments managed by vanguard properties about 5 years ago. Unlike most reviews on here, my own personal experiences with vanguard have been good! Of course there were a few very minor issues during my time renting at Lakewood Cliffs, but nothing that wasn't quickly resolved by management. However, I've lived and rented off of a bunch of different rental properties, and there has never been one place that there wasn't some kind of small issue here or there. I think it's just one of the hardships of renting and sharing a building with other tenants. There's always something no matter who you rent off of, or where you go. It's just to be expected when you rent and live in an apartment. Overall my experiences with vanguard were pleasant, and I would consider renting from them in the future.
