My trip to Malloy Memorial was my first to purchase services from a funeral home. My prior experience was limited to funeral services and fictionalized accounts in books and movies about what happens at a funeral home.
After my father died, my mother and I went to Malloy's wanting only a basic cremation for my father's body. Because I imagine this is the least expensive service, I was prepared for an up-sell attempt to get us to buy an urn or other service we didn't want. I was completely wrong about that. Aaron Esposito explained our options and the process and did not try to sell us anything more than what we wanted. He was professional and cheerful and patient.
