Over an hour for a simple lyft inspection. My original car was only looked at by a lyft mentor and didn't do anything but do a quick once over. The car is brand new and shouldn't have been an hour. Worst part is it was sitting outside done and the guy who took it in was sitting in an office didn't even bother to check up on the status. Finally when the other employee was done with a customer I pointed out to him it's been done for over 10 minutes. Worst customer service ever.
