| - Anthony deleted baby videos from my phone without permission so that he could go home for the night.
This was for a promotion in which we had to relinquish our old phones, and I had problems when I tried to back up my videos at home. Jorge (who was wonderful) assured me that Sprint would help with transferring my files.
We were having technical issues up until the store closed. Anthony stepped in, sorted my videos in order from largest to smallest, and told me to start deleting. I clearly said that I didn't want to delete the largest files, and started looking for other videos to delete.
Meanwhile, he made an unprofessional personal phone call and complained that he had to stay late because Jorge didn't transfer the files correctly. Firstly, Jorge did nothing wrong. Secondly, way to throw someone under the bus.
After Anthony told the person they better not have finished his Vodka, and to get him some Jack-in-the-Box, he asked to check the status of my deletions. But, the issue kept happening. So, I wanted to keep my old phone for about $225, but before I could tell him, Anthony very deliberately deleted the larger videos without a word. Those memories are now gone.
A couple of weeks later, I went to the store again due to the promotion. Anthony wasn't there, but I explained what he did. The Representative agreed that it was horrible, wrote down my phone number, and said that they would make things right. I never received a phone call.
I regret ever stepping foot in this store.
