  • Compared to all of the other nail salons within the 2 mile radius I definitely like polish room the best! The staff was all very welcoming and kind. I LOVE the "nail bar" as opposed to separate desks. It was fun to sit around and chat amongst eachother. I didn't give it 5 stars because the color selection process was very disorganized. They dropped off a box of color options (after my nails were wrapped in foil) so as I struggled to sort through the colors I decided on one and the technician told me that they were unable to do that color and will not be getting it back. I don't see why it would be inside if the box if they cannot do it. When I picked out my replacement color I soon found out that it was color changing after she painted it on my nails. I don't really mind I just wish the colors were better labeled and organized
